Im Bouquet sind Ananas und etwas Karamell auszumachen. Die Nase ist kr\u00e4ftig und volumin\u00f6s. Daf\u00fcr, dass der Wein kein Holz gesehen hat, ist es bemerkenswert, wie viel Meyers aus der Traube geholt haben. Das gilt im \u00dcbrigen umso mehr f\u00fcr den jahrgangsgleichen Grauburgunder! Am Gaumen und unter der Zunge gibt sich der &#8222;Buntsandstein&#8220; \u00fcberraschend beerig. Brombeeren und Litschi mag man erkennen. Auch die butterige Cremigkeit ist wieder mit dabei.
