F\u00fcr das Gericht selbst ben\u00f6tigen wir nur ein bis zwei Essl\u00f6ffel. Zun\u00e4chst 50g Basilikumbl\u00e4tter in der K\u00fcchenmaschine zerkleinern. Hinzukommen 50g Pinienkerne sowie 30g geriebener Pecorino Romano sowie ein bis zwei Knoblauchzehen. Um alles geschmeidig zu machen, kommt mit Ma\u00df Oliven\u00f6l dazu. Das Pesto kann im Einmachglas im K\u00fchlschrank aufbewahrt werden, sollte aber z\u00fcgig aufgebraucht werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Nudeln: Ein Topf mit gesalzenem Nudelwasser aufsetzen. Die Linguine in brodelnd kochendem Wasser garen. Gleichzeitig in einer Pfanne Oliven\u00f6l bei niedriger bis mittlerer Hitze erhitzen und Knoblauch sowie halbe Kirschtomaten hinzuf\u00fcgen. Eine Minute vor Ende der Garzeit der Nudeln, jene aus dem Wasser in die Pfanne heben und dort bei st\u00e4ndigem Unterheben zuende garen lassen. Salzen und Pfeffern. Vor dem Anrichten ein bis zwei L\u00f6ffel Pesto unterheben.
