Hierf\u00fcr das Suppengem\u00fcse kleinschnippeln, in gesalzenem Wasser kochen und anschlie\u00dfend ziehen lassen. Lasse dir auf jeden Fall eine halbe Stunde Zeit daf\u00fcr. Danach sollte die Br\u00fche f\u00fcr vierundzwanzig Stunden abgedeckt in den K\u00fchlschrank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am n\u00e4chsten Tag: Den K\u00fcrbis w\u00fcrfeln und in Butter sowie Zwiebeln und Knoblauch anbraten. Nun zwei Kartoffeln kleinschneiden und mit in den Topf geben. Dann mit der Gem\u00fcsebr\u00fche aufgie\u00dfen und den K\u00fcrbis weichkochen. Anschlie\u00dfend mit einem Stabmixer p\u00fcrieren. Gew\u00fcrzt wird mit Muskat und nicht zu wenig Ingwer. Ist die Suppe zu d\u00fcnn, einfach dicklich einkochen. Abschmecken mit Salz und Pfeffer nicht vergessen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00fcr den vollst\u00e4ndigen Genuss sollte die Suppe einen Tag abgedeckt in den K\u00fchlschrank und anschlie\u00dfend auf dem Herd wiedererhitzt werden.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Angerichtet wird mit einem Schwung K\u00fcrbiskern\u00f6l und pfannenger\u00f6steten Knoblauchchips.
