Tr\u00fcffel\u00f6l, eine bis anderthalb Handvoll Tomaten pro Person, Zucker, Grauburgunder, Salz, Salz, Parmaschinken oder Serano, frischer Basilikum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Toast mit nicht zu viel (und nicht zu wenig) \u00d6l bestreichen und in der Pfanne r\u00f6sten. Dann im Ofen bei 70 Grad warm halten. W\u00e4hrenddessen die Tomaten schmelzen. Sind sie nicht s\u00fc\u00df genug, kann mit etwas Zucker nachgeholfen werden. Mit Grauburgunder abl\u00f6schen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Dann die Tomaten auf dem Toast anrichten. Der frische Basilikum kommt frisch gehackt oben drauf. Zuletzt kommt eine Scheibe Schinken.
