Wursteinlage (z.B. Guanciale, Pancetta, Speck, Bauchfleisch, Pikante Wurst), Suppengem\u00fcse (Karotten, Lauch, Sellerie), passierte Tomaten, guter Gem\u00fcsefond, Brot (z.B. Ciabatta), wei\u00dfe Bohnen aus der Dose\/Glas, klassischerweise Kohl, Salz, Pfeffer, frischer Rosmarin und Thymian, zwei Lorbeerbl\u00e4tter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Vorbereitung<\/em>: Das Suppengem\u00fcse, den Kohl und die Zwiebeln sowie ggf. die Wursteinlage kleinschneiden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Zubereitung<\/em>: Die Zwiebeln in Butter anschwitzen. Gegebenfalls die Wursteinlage anbraten. Nun das Suppengem\u00fcse kurz mit anbraten und alles durchmengen. Loorbeerbl\u00e4tter sowie Zweige Thymian und Rosmarin hinzugeben. Jetzt Gem\u00fcsefond hinzugeben, bis das Gem\u00fcse bedeckt ist, aufkochen und mindestens drei\u00dfig Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun passierte Tomaten unterheben, bis die Mischung schmeckt. Dann wei\u00dfe Bohnen einr\u00fchren, kurz aufkochen und ziehen lassen. Danach Brot in mundgerechte St\u00fccke brechen und unterr\u00fchren.
