Dann mit Sp\u00e4tburgunder und Sahne abl\u00f6schen. Dicklich einkochen. Abrunden mit einem Spritzer Zitronensaft, Zitronenzesten und etwas Pecorino. Salzen und Pfeffern nicht vergessen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>W\u00e4hrenddessen die Nudeln kochen. Die fertigen Nudeln direkt aus dem Topf mit einer Nudelzange in die Pfanne geben und in der Sauce durchschwenken. Angerichtet werden kann mit Pecorino und Rucola (s.
