Behelfsweise kann man dickere Scheiben in der Tiefk\u00fchlung anfrieren und dann mit einem scharfen Messer aufschneiden. Mangels Zeit und Ressourcen kann das Fleisch auch plattiert werden. Auf einem Teller etwas \u00d6l verteilen. Hierauf das Fleisch anrichten und dieses mit Salz, Pfeffer und Zitronensaft w\u00fcrzen. Den Rucola mit nicht zu viel desselben Dressings anmachen und diesen auf dem Fleisch verteilen.
