{"id":303,"date":"2019-12-17T18:38:52","date_gmt":"2019-12-17T18:38:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/projektx.judo-im-pott.de\/?p=303"},"modified":"2021-07-24T18:17:49","modified_gmt":"2021-07-24T18:17:49","slug":"spare-ribs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chef-igor.com\/?p=303","title":{"rendered":"Spare Ribs"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>F\u00fcr 2 standhafte Personen<\/em>: 1 &#8211; 1,5 kg Spare Ribs, Tomatenketchup, Tomatenmark, Senf, Honig, Worcester Sauce, Pfeffer, Salz, Cayennepfeffer, rauchiger Single-Malt Whiskey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Rippchen: Den Backofen auf 150 Grad (Umluft) vorheizen. Die Rippchen waschen, abtrocknen und die Silberhaut\/Pleura von der Innenseite entfernen. Daf\u00fcr am Besten mit einem scharfen Messer an der ersten Rippe anritzen und dann mit den Fingern kr\u00e4ftig der L\u00e4nge nach abziehen. Anschlie\u00dfend die Sparer Ribs auf einen Rost legen und mit der BBQ-Sauce marinieren. Dann ab in den Ofen (150 Grad). Unter den Rost kommt ein Backblech mit Backpapier. Dieses f\u00e4ngt heruntertropfendes Fett ab und erspart die aufwendige S\u00e4uberung des Ofens. Backzeit: Ca. 80-90min. Bei Variierung der Temperatur auch l\u00e4nger. Etwa alle halbe Stunde sollten die Rippchen mit der BBQ-Sauce bestrichen werden. Deine Spare Ribs sind fertig, wenn das Fleisch sch\u00f6n zart ist und sich leicht mit den Fingern vom Knochen l\u00f6sen l\u00e4sst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die BBQ-Sauce: Die Zutaten nach Gef\u00fchl in einem Topf aufkochen und unter Umr\u00fchren reduzieren.
