Das Lammkotelett einfach etwas salzen und pfeffern \u2013 dann ab auf den Grill und saftig garen lassen. Angerichtet wird mit einem kleinen Schuss Oliven\u00f6l auf dem Fleisch und mit warmen wei\u00dfen Bohnen, die ebenfalls mit Oliven\u00f6l betr\u00e4ufelt sind.
