Die Farbe ist hell-gelb mit leichtem gr\u00fcnen Schein. In der Nase hat der Wein zun\u00e4chst gar kein Holz und ist angenehm fruchtig-w\u00fcrzig, frisch. Die Holznote kommt erst nach einigen Minuten hinzu. Am Gaumen erleben wir dann st\u00e4rkeres Holz und k\u00f6nnen hier wunderbar die beiden Rebsorten ausdifferenzieren. Der Abgang h\u00e4lt lang nach und schmeckt nach wei\u00dfem Pfeffer.
