Der Vermentino ist die meist angebaute Traube auf der Insel Sardinien und kommt geradewegs von dort zu uns ins Glas. Die Farbe ist strohgelb mit gr\u00fcnen Nuancen. Die Nase ist frisch und intensiv fruchtig. S\u00fcdfr\u00fcchte und, ja, ein klein-wenig Gras schwingt mit. Am Gaumen ist der &#8222;Blu&#8220; sehr s\u00e4urebetont, ansonsten eher flach. Tats\u00e4chlich bleibt die S\u00e4ure mit dem Abgang noch recht lange im Mund.
