Oben drauf kommen Oliven\nund ger\u00f6stete Pinienkerne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Dressing: Joghurt mit Knoblauch\u00f6l auf Oliven\u00f6lbasis (alternativ gehackter oder gepresster Knoblauch) und reinem Oliven\u00f6l mittels eines Schneebesens verr\u00fchren, etwas gehackte Petersilie, gehackten Thymian und Rosmarin, gehackten Schnittlauch sowie kleine Gurkenschnipsel eingeben und ebenfalls verr\u00fchren. Dann mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Gegebenenfalls mit Joghurt verdicken oder mit \u00d6l verl\u00e4ngern. Fertig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Koteletts: Die Koteletts in einer hei\u00dfen Pfanne mit reichlich \u00d6l, Knoblauch sowie frischem Rosmarin und Thymian braten. Erst beim Wenden salzen und pfeffern. Auf den Garheitsgrad achten.
