Dann\nwarmhalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nun in einer Pfanne gew\u00fcrfelten Knoblauch und Zwiebeln in Oliven\u00f6l anbraten bis glasig. Dann die gew\u00fcrfelten Tomaten mit eingeben und so lange braten bis sie langsam weich werden. Nun etwas Tomatenmark mit in die Pfanne geben, unterr\u00fchren und kurz mitbraten. Danach alles mit Milch abl\u00f6schen und einreduzieren bis die Sauce eine sch\u00f6ne Konsistenz hat. Nun mit Salz, Pfeffer und Paprika w\u00fcrzen. Schlie\u00dflich den Reis unterheben.
