So beschrieb uns Inhaber Volker Riske die Cuv\u00e9e aus Riesling, Rivaner und Wei\u00dfem Burgunder. Tats\u00e4chlich handelt es sich bei dem gelb-gr\u00fcnlichen Wein aus dem Hause Riske um einen fr\u00f6hlich, frechen, au\u00dferordentlich s\u00fcffigen Tropfen, der Freude f\u00fcr warme Sommerabende verspricht. Die Nase ist attraktiv, frisch und fruchtig. Gr\u00fcner Apfel und blumige W\u00fcrze sind zu vernehmen. Die Kombination des Apfels mit dem Duft getrockneter Nelken verleiht der Cuv\u00e9e einen besonderen Charme. Auch am Gaumen spielen die drei Rebsorten sch\u00f6n miteinander. Eine au\u00dferordentliche Tiefe kann man der &#8222;No Riske No Fun&#8220; hier nicht andichten &#8211; aber ebenso wird man sich h\u00fcten den belohnenden Wein als langweilig zu bezeichnen. Hier dominiert Frucht und freche S\u00e4ure. Diese S\u00e4ure ist es auch, was zum Schluss noch zusammen mit etwas W\u00fcrze und Mineralit\u00e4t im Mund zur\u00fcckbleibt.
