In den ersten Minuten kann die Nase locker mit Weinen auf VDP-Ortsweinniveau mithalten. Leider flacht das Bouquet nach etwa einer Viertelstunde so weit ab, dass man au\u00dfer grasigen Noten nicht mehr viel zu vernehmen wei\u00df. Am Gaumen ist das Bild genau anders herum: W\u00e4hrend die Nase w\u00e4hrend des Atmens nahezu verschwand, gewinnt der Wein am Gaumen nun immer mehr an Tiefe hinzu. Er gibt sich sanft und s\u00e4urearm, im Verlauf kommt eine fruchtige Note Litschi mit hinzu. Was zuvor charakteristisch im Bouquet zu vernehmen war, geht nun auf den Geschmack \u00fcber: Volumin\u00f6se W\u00fcrzigkeit. Der Abgang ist durchweg sch\u00f6n, rund und \u00e4hnlich w\u00fcrzig. Auch etwas Mineralit\u00e4t spielt hier mit.
