Die Nase des Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 aus Steffen Zelts Holzfass ist typisch: Schwarze Johannisbeere und ein bisschen Kr\u00e4uterigkeit. Am Gaumen gibt sich der Tropfen \u00fcberaus fruchtig. Auch hier schmecken wir deutlich die Johannisbeere heraus. Vielleicht auch ein bisschen Tabak? Die sanften Tannine sorgen neben der &#8222;leichten&#8220; Fruchtigkeit f\u00fcr ein \u00fcberaus leckeres Trinkerlebnis. Der Abgang derweil f\u00e4llt leider ein wenig flach aus. Tats\u00e4chlich erfreut es uns aber, diese in Deutschland doch relativ seltene Rebsorte (0,3% der Rebfl\u00e4che in <em>ha<\/em>) verkosten zu d\u00fcrfen.
