Dieses einfache Gericht zaubert dir sogar mit der sonst so dr\u00f6gen H\u00e4hnchenbrust ein L\u00e4cheln aufs Gesicht. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den Ofen auf 80 Grad vorheizen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Man nehme f\u00fcr zwei Personen je eine halbe H\u00e4hnchenbrust (je ca. 250g) und brate sie in Oliven\u00f6l (sowie gerne etwas Knoblauch) an, bis sie sch\u00f6n gebr\u00e4unt sind. Parallel r\u00f6ste man Sonneblumenkerne. Man nehme die H\u00e4hnchenbrustfilets aus der Pfanne, lege sie auf je ein St\u00fcck Alufolie, pfeffere und salze sie sorgf\u00e4ltig. Sodann garniere man sie mit den ger\u00f6steten Sonnenblumenkernen, Rosmarin und einem kleinen Schuss Oliven\u00f6l. Die Alufolie wird nun zugefaltet und die kleinen Braten nachfolgend in den Ofen geschoben. Die Garzeit betr\u00e4gt f\u00fcr 250g H\u00e4hnchenbrustfilet ca. 75 Minuten (sowie 5 min. Ruhezeit). Serviert werden kann etwa mit einer Brokkolipfanne.
